Bucks Announce Changes to Upcoming Radio and TV Broadcast Schedule
Conflicting Games Moved to WSSP 1250 AM and FOX Sports Wisconsin’s Alternate Channel
The Milwaukee Bucks today announced a series of changes to the upcoming broadcast schedule resulting from conflicts on their flagship stations, FOX Sports Wisconsin and Newsradio 620 WTMJ. All remaining regular season Bucks games will still feature live broadcasts on both TV and radio, with the exception of the April 6 game vs. Toronto (radio broadcast only). Eight conflicting games will move to SportsRadio 1250 AM and six games will move to FOX Sports Wisconsin's alternate channel.
The FOX Sports Wisconsin alternate channel is used by FOX Sports Wisconsin to simultaneously show multiple live events. As the exclusive local television partner of the Milwaukee Bucks and the Milwaukee Brewers, FOX Sports Wisconsin televises hundreds of live events annually. With two teams and just one channel, scheduling conflicts are inevitable. The FOX Sports Wisconsin alternate channel offers a solution.
The FOX Sports Wisconsin alternate channel is available to all cable and satellite providers that carry FOX Sports Wisconsin. The alternate channel numbers are as follows: channels 310 (SD) and 1310 (HD) for Time Warner, channel 323 for Charter Communications, channels 745 (SD) and 1745 (HD) for AT&T UVerse, channels 685 (SD) and 685-1 (HD) for DirecTV, and channels 448 (SD) and 9518 (HD) for Dish Network. Channel listings for remaining alternate channel games will be available on www.bucks.com and foxsportswisconsin.com/alternate-channel prior to the game.
